Can I meet the puppies in person?
Absolutely! Just message us on WhatsApp first to set up a visit.
Do you ship outside Bali?
Yep, to cities all across Indonesia through a pet transport service. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
How do I reserve a puppy?
Message us about the pup you've fallen for, then pay a deposit. We'll hold them for you until their go-home date.
What comes with my puppy?
Vaccines and deworming that are up to date for their age, plus health records to take home. Pedigree pups also come with their certificate.
How old are puppies when they go home?
At least 8 weeks old, and only after their first vaccine.
What's the difference between pedigree and non-pedigree?
A pedigree is an official certificate that records a pup's bloodline. Non-pedigree pups are the same breed and get exactly the same care, just without the certificate, so they're easier on the wallet.
What if something comes up after my pup goes home?
Give us a shout right away. We'll walk you through it, including recommending a good vet.
